(For Website Designing & Development Services)

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Avip Solutions.
By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Offered

We offer website design, website development, redesign, maintenance, SEO setup, hosting assistance, and related digital services.
Final features and scope of work will be mentioned in the quotation or proposal shared with the client.

2. Payment Terms

  • 50% advance payment is required to start the project.
  • Remaining 50% must be paid on completion, before website handover or hosting.
  • Payments are non-refundable once the project work has started.
  • For additional features, pages, or redesign after approval, extra charges apply.

3. Project Timeline

  • Project duration depends on content availability and client communication.
  • Delays from the client’s side (content not given, late approval, etc.) will extend the timeline.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party services (hosting, domain, payment gateway).

4. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide:

  • Correct and complete content
  • Images, Organisation, product/service details

The client is responsible for ensuring all content provided is legal and does not violate any laws.

5. Content & Copyright

  • All content provided by the client remains their property.
  • The design, layout, and development created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is made.
  • Stock images used in the website are licensed only for website use and cannot be reused elsewhere.

6. Revisions

  • Minor revisions (colour, text, spacing, alignment) are included as per the discussed plan.
  • Major revisions or structural changes after approval may incur extra cost.

7. Website Handover

  • After full payment, admin access details and project files (if applicable) will be shared.
  • Once handed over, the client is responsible for website management unless they have a maintenance plan with us.

8. Maintenance & Support

  • Maintenance is not included unless specified in the package.
  • Support plans are available separately.
  • Without a plan, any updates or fixes requested after delivery will be charged.

9. Domain & Hosting

  • Domain and hosting are not included unless mentioned.
  • If the client purchases hosting from a third party, we are not responsible for downtime, speed issues, or technical problems related to hosting.

10. SEO & Ranking Disclaimer

We provide basic on-page SEO, but Google ranking is not guaranteed unless you subscribe to a dedicated SEO plan.

11. Third-Party Integrations

We can integrate:

  • WhatsApp
  • Payment gateways
  • APIs
  • Maps
  • Email forms

But we are not responsible for technical failures or errors from third-party services.

12. Refund Policy

  • Advance payment is non-refundable as it is used for planning, design work, and resource allocation.
  • No refund will be issued once the development is started.

13. Privacy & Data Security

We respect your privacy.
Any information you share (login details, content, business info) will be kept confidential and used only for project purposes.

14. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for hacks due to weak passwords set by the client

The client must keep strong passwords and update plugins periodically (unless maintenance is purchased).

15. Agreement & Acceptance

By hiring our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We may update these terms anytime without prior notice.
